Where to Find Your Tracking Number

Your Omniva tracking number was sent to your email when your order shipped. Look for an email from Lumobite with the subject line "Your Order Has Shipped."

Can't find it?
Check your spam/junk folder, or contact us at support@lumobite.com with your order number and we'll resend your tracking information.


Shipping Timeline

Processing: 1-2 business days (orders before 2 PM EET ship same day)
In Transit: 1-2 business days
Ready for Pickup: You'll receive an SMS when your package arrives at your selected Omniva terminal

Total delivery time: 3 business days from order placement


Omniva Parcel Terminal Pickup

Once your package arrives, you'll receive:

  • SMS notification with pickup code
  • Email confirmation with terminal location and hours

Package hold time: Your package will be held at the terminal for 7 days. If not picked up within this time, it will be returned to us.
