Free 3-Day Delivery to Omniva Terminals
Every Lumobite order ships free via Omniva express delivery to any parcel terminal across Estonia. Your order will be ready for pickup at your chosen terminal in just 3 business days.
Fast Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EET Monday through Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Track Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with Omniva tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. You'll get an SMS notification when your package arrives at your selected terminal.
Convenient Pickup
Choose your preferred Omniva parcel terminal at checkout from over 250 locations throughout Estonia. Packages are held for 7 days.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within Estonia. Expanding to other Baltic countries soon.

How to Return Your Order
- Email us at support@lumobite.com or use our contact form
- We'll send you a prepaid Omniva return code
- Pack your Lumobite in its original box (or any secure packaging)
- Drop it off at any Omniva parcel terminal using the return code
- Receive your full refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Return Requirements
- Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery
- Product should be in resalable condition
- Include all original accessories and packaging when possible
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Exchanges
Need a replacement? Contact us and we'll send a new unit to your chosen Omniva terminal right away at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at support@lumobite.com with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged unit.
