Need to track your order?
Use your Omniva tracking number from your shipping confirmation email, or contact us and we'll look it up for you.

Need to start a return?
Email us at support@lumobite.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid Omniva return code immediately.

Received a damaged product?
Contact us right away with photos and we'll send a replacement—no need to return the damaged unit.
