How do I use Lumobite?
It's simple: apply toothpaste to the brush head, insert it around your teeth (upper or lower), press the power button to select your mode, and relax for 30 seconds. The device automatically shuts off when complete.
Can I use regular toothpaste?
Absolutely. Lumobite works with any toothpaste you prefer—fluoride, whitening, sensitive, or natural formulas all work perfectly.
Is it safe for sensitive teeth and gums?
Yes. The Gentle Mode is specifically designed for sensitive teeth, and the soft food-grade silicone bristles are much gentler than traditional nylon bristles. Many users with sensitivity issues find Lumobite more comfortable than manual brushing.
Can I use it with braces, implants, or dental work?
Lumobite is safe for most dental work, but we recommend consulting your dentist if you have braces, recent implants, or extensive dental work to ensure it's appropriate for your specific situation.

How does the LED whitening work?
Lumobite's integrated blue LED light therapy targets surface stains while you brush. The wavelength activates whitening agents and helps break down discoloration naturally—no strips, trays, or extra steps required.
When will I see whitening results?
Most users notice visibly brighter teeth within 2 weeks of consistent daily use. Results vary based on starting tooth color and staining severity.
Will it damage my enamel?
No. The soft silicone bristles and controlled sonic vibrations are gentle on enamel while still being highly effective at removing plaque and surface stains.

How long does the battery last?
A full charge provides up to 30 days of use (based on twice-daily brushing for 30 seconds each time).
How do I charge it?
Lumobite uses USB-C charging. Simply connect the included cable to any USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours.
Can I use it while it's charging?
No, for safety reasons the device cannot operate while connected to power.
Is it waterproof?
Yes! Lumobite has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it's safe to use in the shower and can be fully rinsed under running water.

How do I clean the brush head?
After each use, rinse the brush head thoroughly under running water. Once a week, you can soak it in mouthwash for deeper cleaning.
How often should I replace the brush head?
We recommend replacing the brush head every 3-4 months for optimal cleaning performance, similar to traditional toothbrush replacement guidelines.
Where can I buy replacement brush heads?

Can multiple people share one Lumobite?
While the device itself can be shared, each person should have their own brush head for hygiene reasons. Replacement heads will be available for purchase.

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship free via Omniva express delivery to any parcel terminal in Estonia. Your order arrives in just 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive an email with Omniva tracking information when your order ships, plus an SMS notification when it arrives at your selected terminal.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within Estonia. We're planning to expand to other Baltic countries soon—sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
What if my package doesn't arrive?

Email support@lumobite.com and we'll send you a prepaid Omniva return code. Drop your package at any terminal and you'll receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
What does the warranty cover?

What if my Lumobite stops working?
